The NSS unit 325 of KMCT Arts and Science College conducted an eventful program for kids as part of the celebration of children’s day. The program was held and done for the younger minds of GLP school Naduvattom. The program began at 10 :00am with a well-mannered assembly.  The headmaster of the school heartily invited us to the school to conduct the program. NSS volunteers actively decorated the venue and welcomed little ones of GLP school for the event.  The students were well wished and discussed about the importance of the day. The event was scheduled in a manner to engage the pre-primary students in the first session and the lower primary students in the later one.

The event engaged children in a fun and interactive quiz that encourages learning and provided a platform for children to develop their critical thinking and problem-solving skills by answering diverse and thought-provoking questions. Cchildren worked together in teams, promoting collaboration, communication, and social interaction.

           The first session was eventful with games and gifts. Students actively participated in all the games conducted by the volunteers. And the second session of the program was more knowledge imparting than the first one. A quiz competition was conducted to test the knowledge of students regarding children’s day and Nehru.

           The session came to an end with an assembly conducted to celebrate and endow students who won prizes in the quiz competition. A token of love was shared with the Headmistress of the school. Students actively gave their feedback of the program and shown enthusiasm in conducting such events.
