On 14^th October 2024, the National Service Scheme (NSS) Unit No. 325 of KMCT Arts and Science College organized Blood Donation Camp in collaboration with B D K Tirur Thalook Angels Wing, Red Ribbon Club and Almas Blood Centre Kottakkal. The camp began at 9.30 AM with a short inaugural function. The camp was inaugurated by Mr. Shamsudheen M T, Principal, KMCT Arts and Science College, Kuttippuram. More than 100 volunteers came forward to donate blood during the camp which included teaching& non-teaching staffs, students and non- student donors. At the end 54 units of blood was collected. The blood donors were given juice and bun after donating the blood in order to reenergize themselves. The blood donors were provided with a blood donation certificate.

This was the 2^nd camp conducted by the NSS unit for this academic year. The blood donation camp was coordinated by Mr. Nidhin Das T, NSS Program Officer, KMCT Arts and Science College, Kuttippuram. The blood donation camp was a resounding success, exceeding expected participation and unit collection. NSS Unit of KMCT Arts and Science College, Kuttippuram, reaffirms its commitment to community service and social responsibility.
